The grid lives here
Marks entered in The Royal Grid stay in page memory. Kaluvexo does not send a completed grid, clue request or conflict indicator to a remote player database. Closing or reloading this page clears that arrangement. The site does not require registration to use any of its three grids.
A draft is not a submission
Contact asks for a reply email and a description, with a name and board context left to your discretion. Its button prepares a readable draft on the same device. Only the later action in your email application sends that information to the support mailbox; you remain free to edit or abandon it.
Remembering a preference, not a puzzle
The necessary browser key contains your storage decision and expiry, limited to one year. Allowing display preferences enables a separate reduced-motion setting. Your numbered marks, undo steps and correspondence are not included. Both site keys can be cleared from the Cookies page without erasing unrelated browser data.
Published infrastructure
Kaluvexo loads its own image, style and script files rather than third-party trackers. A hosting platform may log requests, IP addresses, browser metadata and security events. Sending email involves the services behind both mailboxes. Retention periods and any overseas processing cannot be inferred from the domain name and need confirmation from the deployed service.
Your correspondence
An enquiry may be used to reproduce a grid problem, respond to a question or resolve a complaint. There is no automatic newsletter enrolment. Contact support for access to or correction of a message, or to request deletion when no further retention is needed. Some records may be needed for unresolved matters or applicable obligations.
